Structural Waterproofing/Dry Lining Tanking
This system has been designed to deal with those situations where there are high ground levels outside, perennial moisture inside and even water through a vaulted ceiling. A completely sealed lining for the whole cellar area, including the vaulted or arched ceiling, is made by using System Platon. This acts as a drainage layer which ensures that there is no build up of water pressure behind the System. Special isolating fixings are used to install plasterboard to give a dry basement with a definite heat benefit and high quality finish.
